1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (« Terms ») govern the provision of marketing and SEO-related services by SCOFIELD LLC (« Company, » « we, » « us, » or « our ») to you, the client (« you, » « your »). By accepting a quote, making payment, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Offered

SCOFIELD LLC provides tailored marketing services, primarily including:

  • Website creation and optimization
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
    All services are rendered based on a custom quotation model, prepared for each client individually depending on project scope and objectives.

3. Quotations and Payments

  • All pricing is provided on a per-project basis through official quotes.
  • Work will begin only after the quote is accepted and payment is received.
  • We accept payments exclusively through PayPal.
  • All prices are in USD and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which will be added where required.

4. Delivery Timeline

Timelines for project delivery will be clearly communicated and agreed upon in the project quote. Any delay caused by client in providing necessary materials or feedback may impact delivery dates.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information as needed for the project
  • Cooperate throughout the process and respond to communication in a timely manner
  • Not engage in any action that would harm or interrupt the service performance

6. Refund Policy

At SCOFIELD LLC, we strive for client satisfaction. However, due to the customized nature of our digital services, refunds are handled under the following conditions:

  • Full Refund: Available only if the project has not yet started and cancellation is requested within 48 hours of initial payment.
  • Partial Refund: If the project has already begun, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation. This is assessed case-by-case.
  • No Refund: Once the project is more than 50% completed or delivered, no refund will be issued.

To request a refund, please email us at contact@scofield-llc.site with your full name, project details, and reason for cancellation. Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5–7 business days to your original PayPal account.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • All deliverables become your property upon full payment
  • SCOFIELD LLC retains the right to showcase non-confidential work in portfolios or marketing materials

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any loss of profit or revenue
  • Downtime due to third-party platforms (e.g., hosting providers)
  • SEO performance fluctuations caused by algorithm changes

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if the client breaches any of these Terms, fails to cooperate, or acts inappropriately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
